Rep Power: 10 | What is your favorite cheese to eat out of hand? If you were just going to eat a little cheese by itself or on a cracker, no baking ...melting... cooking or processing at all, what would you buy?

Rep Power: 2 | Does cream cheese count?
If so, I mix up CC, bleucheese crumbles, hormel bacon bits, a little salt, and a long sprinkle of garlic into a bowl, then mix it up for 90 seconds.
Serve with Ritz (non RR of course!)
People love it, and its usually one of the first dips emptied out. |

Rep Power: 1 | I think Explorateur would be my favorite, with a glass of Champagne, of course. I have a good friend in the Netherlands who make a wonderful Leyden which goes best with beer. |

Rep Power: 10 | I like using the Knorr Vegetable soup for dips. It is chunkier and I like that texture. If you don't have cream cheese, you can also just mix it with sour cream for a quick dip. I like using the low fat sour cream..cannot tell the difference.
