What is your favorite grilling meat?

What meat do you enjoy the most when it's fixed on the grill?

Love that steak seasoning! Have you ever used it on chicken? Even though they have a chicken seasoning, try the steak seasoning on it...delicious!

I like to serve Porterhouse, about 2 to 3 inches thick.
After grilling to about 125 F, rested for 10 minutes, then salted, carved off the bone, sliced into 1/4 inch slices and then reassambled back onto the bone and brought to the table.

If you do try salmon, you might consider the cedar plank technique with a maple/soy/ginger glaze

I have done salmon and foil in the oven, but never on the grill. I should try that. I also need to buy a cedar plank. I am in the mood to cook today.

Try that same recipe in parchment paper pouches.
You'll get the same results and you will have a great presentation too.
