Rep Power: 2 | I'm a simple gal and my favorite cheese is cheddar. But really, I just love cheese. Any and all cheese. I don't discriminate. Except against American cheese -I hate that stuff. I don't eat it and forbid it from taking up space in the deli drawer of my fridge. |

Rep Power: 2 | HEB Plus in Pearland should have it, if not make a trip up to Baker-Cypress and 290 HEB they have a huge cheese department, or Go to Central Market downtown I know they would have it. These are stores that are regional to Houston and area.

Rep Power: 10 | I can get a pretty good Parmesan at Sam's club. It's a little less expensive than Kroger. Good Parm is pricey. |

Rep Power: 2 | My favorite is Parmigiano-Reggiano.
I get 3 year old aged Extra Vecchio Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP at Costco at a ridiculous $9.99 Lb.

Rep Power: 1 | I love CHEESE!!! I am trying to think of one that I don't like... My Grandpa was born in Italy and won't eat cheese. Ever. I think that is has to do with him seeing how it was made as a child. Always thought that it was funny to see an Italian who doesn't eat cheese.

Remember that a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano (DOP) weighs about 36 - 38 Kg (80 lbs) and sells for (based on age) between $640 - $850 - based on todays exchange rate. Then you have to ship it to the US and pay duty on the shipment. Figure about $750 to $1,000 to your door.
