My personal favorite is this goat's milk Brie that I got from Whole Foods. It was sooooo good!!! I will never forget that flavor. I have to get back to Whole Foods.

I don't care for anything made from goat or sheep. Cows only.

Cheddar, sharp. I love all kinds of different cheeses and love to try new ones.

I gotta agree on Jarlesberg Swiss, it is really good.

"The earliest indication of cheesemaking is about 7500 years old. At that time curds were drained in containers made of unbaked pottery or wickerwork."
History of cheese

I knew it had been around a long time. Now that would be well aged cheese.
