Organic?

Are Organic Tomatoes Better?

May 29, 2008 · A farming experiment at the University of California, Davis, has found that organically grown tomatoes are richer in certain antioxidants than conventionally grown tomatoes. One researcher is on a quest to figure out why.

I use no chemicals, not even fertilizer on my patio plants and they turn out very flavorful and juicy. They are definitely organic.

I prefer organic over regular on any fruit/veggie!

No, I think they are just looking for another way to boost prices and make more $$$'s.

We grew up on vegetables that our dad would grow and all he used was water and a compost he made out of leftover vegetables and other 'organic' stuff. This was in the 1950's so he was way ahead of the times.
