| Thanks for the article. Mushrooms just might be my favorite 'go-to' ingredient (sorry I had to quote Rachael). I like them in omelets, salads, pasta dishes like stuffed shells, linguine, and spinach lasagna; on top of cheeseburgers, in meatloaf, chili, and pizza. If you're trying to eat lighter (which I try to do on occasion, but then I snap back to my senses), they're a good substitute for meat. |
