1. milk
2. Orange Juice
3. cheese
4. butter (the real stuff, and smart balance)
5. Mayonnaise
6. eggs
7. wine for cooking (not much of a wine drinker)
8. yogurt
9. bacon
10. ????????????????

I keep a pretty lean fridge. I work in a grocery store so I buy my fresh produce and use it that day so it doesn't usually go into the fridge.

Wow, two of you said you refrigerate your tomatoes? I was always told never to refrigerate them....and red wine?

I never put my reds in the refrigerator. Although, at one of our wine meetings, they said you can refrigerate an unopened bottle for thirty minutes before serving. I've never done that.

Maybe Michael has the answer on this one. Do you cool off your reds, or serve them room temperature?

1. mustard (dijon, spicy brown, honey mustard... yum!)
2. ketchup
3. carrots
4. milk
5. tofu
6 mayonnaise (It's always in there because it's been the SAME JAR forever. I HATE mayo, but bought it once to make egg salad for a friend.)
7. beer (always Miller Lite and usually a local Northern California microbrew.)
8. flax seeds (cause "oils spoil" right Rachael Ray?)
9. salsa
10. pickles (do pickles spoil?)

I try to buy fresh, so I have a minimal fridge too (that is, besides my condiments and long-lasting produce!)

PS: BerryBaby- I LOVE that champagne is a fridge staple. As it should be!
