It's still very popular, especially in Hawaii.

I remember having SPAM sandwiches in my lunch with yellow mustard on white bread. It wasn't too bad with the chips and milk. Not something I would buy now, but at the time, it was ok.

My grandmother loved SPAM. My mom, never bought SPAM. Must be a bad memory from her childhood.
