What's Your Favorite Coffee?

Do you buy coffee beans and grind them yourself? I think that is the best. What about a French Press...anyone use one? I have one and it makes great coffee, smells amazing!

Trader Joe's has really good Italian coffee beans. Think that is my favorite.

This morning I had to run errands and stopped at Starbucks. Got a orange mocha frappacino...$4.05!!! Yikes...for another two dollars I could buy a whole can of the Italian beans from Joe's. It was good, but thought that was a bit pricey..didn't even get the whipped cream but they don't adjust the price for what you 'don't get' only add $'s if you add anything.
Doesn't seem fair to me.

I don't drink it that often but when I do I usually get a brand called millstone they have at Kroger which you can grind yourself. It has some different flavored coffees too. We are limited on what's available here, there aren't a lot of gourmet or specialty items at my regular grocery store. I usually go to Trader Joe's in Columbus when I am there. It's about 3 hours from where I live and we occasionally drive up and go shopping there. There are a lot of stores in that area where we kind find things we can't get here. Trader Joe's has a great wine section too.

When I drink coffee it usually has a lot of milk and sugar in it. Throw a couple of eggs in mine and you could probably bake a cake. My husband drinks it. But he likes those little folgers bags like tea bags, then again he is used to Army coffee.

Millstone is located in Everett, Washington and we have it in the stores here in Portland. It use to be one of my favorites until the market got saturated here. The PNW is the coffee capital in the world.

Starbucks started in Seattle and I have been to their first store near Pike's Market. Coffee is on every street corner..you can't go a block without a coffee place!

BTW, the Food Network is featuring Millstone on one of the Unwrapped segments August 31st.
