| I buy black peppercorns for my pepper mill. I've never tried any of the pink or green. They do sell a mixture that I'm thinking of trying, though. I only use white occasionally and buy mine pre-ground and keep it in the fridge. *Horrors* You know what 'they' always say......you'll probably eat a pound of dirt in your lifetime. Personally, I'd rather not read those types of articles. With some of the oddities that people in other countries eat on a daily basis (Anthony Bourdain's shows come to mind), they're still standing, LOL.
