Rep Power: 10 | Raw zucchini has been on my relish dish since the 70's...I enjoy both the yellow and green varieties. Have you made a zucchini salad? You shred it up like cabbage...delicious!

Rep Power: 10 | My mom never made any kind of squash. I am not sure why. I have seen her eat it now. But never when I was younger. She must have developed a taste for it or something. But I don't remember it ever even being in the house when I was a kid. | |
