yogurt... love it or hate it?

I love it me and the wife buy all different kinds. We were recently at target, and they had them all on sale for 52 cents a piece! so we bought like 10 of em and I have to say the best one Ive had so far has been the weight watchers ones! there great and they only have 100 cal. and 0.5 grams of fat per serving and they come in yummy flavors like ammaretto cheesecake! so if you love it you should check it out!

I eat it. It's not one of my favorite things but I enjoy it from time to time.

I love yogurt! Yum!
My favorite is Blue Bunny Light black cherry. I like Dannon Light, blueberry, peach and strawberry too I use the plain in several things and I have this very good recipe for a tartar sauce like dip with plain yogurt and dill... great on my smoked salmon!

I've been tempted to make my own since seeing AB do that on Good Eats a few years back, but this is one thing I have no problem purchasing! One thing that I learned from that episode was yogurt can be eaten by lactose intolerant people with no ill effects! I always wondered why I could eat the stuff and not have any problems! Since learning that, yogurt has become my primary dairy treat

I've been trying to track down Greek style yogurt for a couple of years now with no luck

Unfortunately, we do not have a Whole Foods market in the area.

The Kroger I get a lot of 'unusual' items at has flavored Greek yogurt but not plain

Maybe you could ask the people at Best of Crete in the mall if there is some place locally you could get it?

We eat little of it here. I have always thought of it as a force fed food. Folks eat it as away of improving their diet. Course some people seem to like it so I guess that's out the window.
