Butter Extract?

Has anyone ever tried this?

WatkinsOnline | 6 oz. Butter Extract

A rich, buttery flavor without the fat! Perfect for cookies, just about any dessert.

Bet that would be good in making butter pecan ice cream.

And even if you used real butter in something like a butter cake I bet this would accent the flavor.

I have used the no color butter flavor when making icings with only shortening, when the icings had to be pure white.

I used butter flavor in a homemade butter cake once to bump up the butter flavor a bit, it turned out pretty good, had a little more flavor than a traditional scratch butter cake.

I think I'll get some of that and try it!

My mom used to order Watkins products when we were kids.

Also, I wonder if Paula tried any of it yet, since she likes to use butter. Haha!!
