At least yours isn't loaded with MSG...that stuff gives me a headache!

That's why I like to do my own as well. I will chop up Asian cabbage to add to my stir fry. You start off with this huge pile of it and then it cooks down to less than half the size you put in! Add some sliced water chestnuts and I'm all set...that sounds really good right now.

It doesn't say there is MSG in this product, unless there is another name for it. So maybe I am still better off with it.

Bah, I wanted to make this again and Kroger didn't have the bean sprouts again. I found some LaChoy canned ones ... I can't find a frozen version available either. I hope I like the canned, I decided to give them a try.

They are a bit mushier, compared to fresh. Have never tried frozen. Let us know how it turns out!
