Good site. I wish there was a way to keep stuff longer in the fridge without having to freeze it. Maybe using those green bags would help.

That's site is a great fine Suzie! I bookmarked it.

I've tried the green bags for the bread and they do prolong the life of the bread, but I've never tried the veggie ones. One of my neighbors uses them tho and swears by them. Veggies don't stay around long in my crisper drawer.

I'm wary of the green bags after seeing a thing in Consumer Reports saying that they actually didn't help at all...

I was very leary about them, but now I swear by them. You cannot tie them and secure them close in any way, or they won't work. Maybe that is what some are doing with the Green Bags.

I just bought the Red bags for cold cuts and they are working out very well.

Use the Bread ones as well and they definitely preserve bread much longer.

I give this product FIVE Stars!...however, you have to follow the directions for them to work properly...veggies have to be DRY, etc.
