Unusual Food Questions

I don't know, I'm sort of a random person and as such I come up with unusual random questions. One of which I wondered up at work one day. So...

Does bleu cheese melt?

Yes, it does. In fact, it has become very popular out here to serve steaks with a bleu cheese sauce. Not my favorite, but many people love it.

Why does regular Pepsi sink while Diet Pepsi and Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi floats?

(I'm thinking it has to do with the carbonation, but any idea for sure?)

The sugar would make the regular heavier I would think. Sugar weighs more than artificial sweeteners.
