    Red Corn on the Cob

I saw this in the store the other day and I had to try it.

It looks a little less red once you cook it. Kind of a purpleish color.

Looks more like the corn of autumn that I'd hang on my door. How did it taste?

It's not a lot different than the yellow or white. Maybe not quite as sweet but still had sweetness.

When we were in Savannah visiting my Sister and her husband, he cooked corn on the grill, he fully shucked it and put it on the warming shelf to cook, when he removed the meat he moved it down and got some grill marks on it, it was so darned good and sweet.

I love fixing it on the fire when we go camping. But I just love corn. I get it from the start of the season to the end. My favorite summer veggie.
