Paula's Party now taping in NY

I just was on the Food network web site, you can apply for tickets to Paula's Party taping in New York at the network's studio in April towards the end. Is the network trying to get a handle on her show maybe to tame it down. Kinda looks like that to me, bring the show taping closer to home for more control perhaps over the content. If it is, I think it is a step in the right direction.
