That's a slight variation on a very old recipe...didn't use to have cayenne pepper but everything else is from grandma's time.

My sister makes barbecued beef in the oven using ginger ale.

Ginger ale use to be a main ingredient in many dishes, not to mention a cure for an upset stomach!

Tried ginger ale once did not care for it, much rather have a root beer glaze for my ham or Coke glaze. And yes BB me too! would have thought pork was a speciality of chefnot.

I love pork, but we just don't do cured ham much. Love fresh ham as I break it down into roast, kabobs, stir fry, and boneless ribs. It's really quite an under estimated primal imho.

The avatar has more to do with a "space in time" you might say. Before time moved on...
