I hope none of this has caused problems on bakerman's trip.

I was wondering about him the other day. Wasn't he going on down to FL to catch a cruise ship? With Hanna and Ike out there, he may have had some rough sailing. Hope he's enjoying himself tho.

I think so. Maybe they re navigate if there are storms? I would hate to spend so much money and have that kind of weather.

I'm Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the storms didn't cause too much havoc, the day we left Tampa (Sunday Sept 1st) Gustov was churning pretty hard in the Gulf of Mexico, so we skirted the coast of Florida but still dealt with 60 mph sustained winds for the evening, the ship was doing some good rocking, watching the waves from our balcony was really cool it looked so ominous out there. Gustov shook up Grand Cayman so we had to miss that one, but the cruiseline made arrangements to stop in Key West instead, a great alternative in my opinion! The rest of the cruise was pretty smooth sailing, we hugged the coast of Mexico and Central America stopping in Cozumel Mexico, Belize City, and Isla Roatan Honduras, we had a few showers here and there but nothing to complain about.

We are a little more than half way home, but I got sleepy and decided to stop for the night, no sense risking it.

I will be adding some pictures to my gallery as soon as I get them all sorted out!

Good to have you back. I am glad the storms didn't ruin things for you.

Glad y'all had fun and the weather wasn't bad for the trip. Key West is nice... been down there once and would love to go back. Look forward to your pics.
