"It's from the Food Network's fabulous Paula Deen. A couple of the ingredients may seem a little unorthodox, but DON'T omit them. I guarantee you'll go back ...

I couldn't do it...just can't eat bananas. They give me bumps on my tongue....same thing with walnuts.

The Cornucopia Salad sounds good to me, minus the raisins. No can do the bean salad, when I have beans I want them hot and with some corn bread and onions.

both sound good, but no sense of me trying to fix them wife would not touch either of them, I made potato salad my way, she would not even touch it, because she does not like chuncky potatos in her salad. I even made a fudge cake she took one bite of it, does not like dark chocolate. Some days I want to just chuck it all in, but than I would starve to death, some days that does not seem like to bad of an idea,

ibcheft....just enjoy your great cooking talents and eat to your hearts content!

So many times I just make dishes that others don't like but do I enjoy them!

Like yesterday I made roasted vegetables. I'm the only one that enjoys them so I have lots of meals just for me.

Life is too short to deprive yourself of great food....just go for it!

I like a good cold bean salad like the ones with green beans in them. Blackeye pea salad is good too.
