Speaking of berries, yesterday I made red raspberry and red currant freezer jam. OMGosh, is it delicious!

Thought of lightly toasting a piece of pound cake, spreading a bit of the jam on it and top with blue berries, raspberries, strawberries and whipped cream.

Now, that's a 4th of July dessert!
