Rep Power: 1 | Weight Has Rachael gained weight or is it my TV? I used to watch her talk show in the afternoon and she looked okay but since I got my HDTV, she looks like she packed on 20 pounds. I just turned the small dining room TV on and she's on and looks slim again. WTH?

Rep Power: 10 | Probably depends on what she is wearing. Some things aren't figure friendly.

Rep Power: 2 | I think that too much emphasis is given to weight, these days. I mean...being unhealthily overweight is not good, but as a man that appreciates the female species (more than you'll ever know), I like the way Rachael's lower half looks. I'm really a leg/can man, and she can stand a few pounds without looking freakish.
The too-skinny look bores me to death...nothing to GRIP...uh...well, you know...jeez, a man likes something to SQUEEZE...sorry, that's just the way it is...so, ladies...do NOT try to get rid of that jiggle in your thighs...PLEASE!!!! I know a lady who is in her forties, wears a bikini, and is SO tight, she does not jiggle at ALL! ANYwhere!
I HATE that! A woman MUST jiggle! It's not fair! I propose to make it ILLEGAL for women to eliminate their "woman-fat"...really...MEN should not jiggle, and it's disgusting to see it. That's why I'm trying to get back into shape. I may not be the handsomest man, but there is no excuse for being unhealthy.
Ladies, some of us LOVE YOU THE WAY YOU ARE!!!! Some men even love VERY large women, but heart disease and death is not worth that. So you have a little excess, but consider that a man might LOVE that!

Rep Power: 1 | I thought RR looked very nice in the dress she was wearing for the first episode of her new travel show. |

Rep Power: 1 | I don't have a problem with how she looks. My question was more 'is it my TV?' Believe me, Doug, I agree with you that too much emphasis is put on what a woman's dress size is. I feel sorry for the whole lot of them because I guess that's the only way they think they can complete. How sad that they're unable to enjoy food, one of the great pleasures in life. The public is so used to seeing size 0's that often times they make comments about a star when they're a normal weight. Rachael might be totally annoying but, one thing about her; she's always making comments about her big behind and lack of boobage. I'm Italian and all the women in our family have the typical Italian 'rounded' frame.

Rep Power: 10 | Is there some sort of setting with the HG that is like a computer screen where you set width and height or pixels or something? We have one but my husband is the tech geek he did all of our set up. I will have to ask him. |

Rep Power: 1 | It took me only a few minutes to hook it up to my DVR and cable but it seemed to take an eternity to set all the many controls. There isn't a height/width seting, per se, but there are different screen formats to choose from. On non-HD channels, I like a full screen without the black margins. Just going from a regular TV to an HD improved the picture quality immensely even on the non-HD channels so it's not that important an issue for me. I know there's a different format I could set it to but, since I haven't really noticed the weight issue with anyone else, I'm going to 'let sleeping dogs lie' for now.

Rep Power: 10 | LOL! I was a size zero years ago. Look at those photos now and just cringe. I was just skin and bones...eeewww! As time went on, so did the curves, but I like it. I may be a little 'overweight' (according to the charts) but I'm healthier now than ever. Exercising 3 times a week helps and I didn't really give up anything in the food department except....martinis I miss the olives.
I'm just watching portion size and enjoying every bite of the things I love.
RR said she isn't one to exercise, but with her schedule I'm sure she gets quite the workout everyday. I do like the fact that she is comfortable with how she looks.

Rep Power: 10 | When I was 19 years old I weighed 98 lbs and worked for airport security. I was a force to be reckoned with. |
