I never knew that about onions or garlic (indeed when I first looked up pet recipes it said to include garlic - we usually sprinkle in a little garlic powder - not anymore).

One of the things I gave up for Lent was sweets, so it doesn't matter to me.

Wonder if a vet approved these.....GARLIC, salt and pepper??? That's not right.
Garlic can really hurt your pet as can onions, grapes...etc. I've mentioned them all before. Not good on their digestive system.

When the pet food scare was going on the vet told me not to give my cat people tuna because of the sodium.

Hey I got just the trays to serve the pet food on, won them from RR's contest from the cracker company. I know one thing I sure would not put my name on those. They are flimsy, thin cheap and they said these sell for $23.00. Think I seen some that were made better at the dollar store. I just got these in the mail from the Christmas contests that I kept trying to win, well it ain't no prize worth winning that I won. Guess I shouldn't be so negative but jeez it ain't worth mailing.

I like furry dogs and long haired cats. I have never had a short hair dog...except our Siberian Husky was the closest thing but he had a beautiful, bushy tail.

What a gorgeous dog...he died from sinus cancer. All those fertilizers people put on their lawns stayed up his nose. People don't think about that. Dogs sniff stuff and it affects them. Just think if we sniffed all that horrible stuff. We'd probably get severly ill or die as well. I'm sad thinking about it. He was only 8 yrs old.

That's why Sophie is total indoor dog. She won't even potty outside unless she has to. Otherwise, she has a cat-like setup in the garage. You can train your dogs to use a litter box. Did you all know that?
It does work.

Our cat has been sneezing. I don't know why. He doesn't seem to have any discharge, the vet says maybe he has allergies.
