I just joined your food network, I enjoyed reading about George Lopez and what he has in his refrigerator. He reminded of my husband who was Mexican and changed his eating habits because of his health. But when he wanted chorizo and tortillias he wanted the real thing, he said he gave up enough, so this was a treat when I made it. Rachel Ray should have George Lopez as a guest to make chorizo and eggs. Thanks Alice H Rivera

Didn't we have a forum question similar to this topic a while back..."What's in your Pantry?" We included things from our refrigerators as well.

Mexican and Italian are my husbands favorites. Those are the kind of dishes he usually splurges with.

I love George. I have to wonder, since he grew up poor, if he feels like he has to always have a full fridge. I know when I have a bad paycheck I go out and buy a ton of stuff so I'll always have food.
