Prisoner Sues Martha Stewart; Says He Will Donate Money To Rachael Ray

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A South Carolina prisoner known for suing celebrities has targeted Martha Stewart. Jonathan Lee Riches says Stewart violated his civil rights in a real estate deal. The 30-year-old man is in federal prison in Williamsburg County (South Carolina), for his involvement in an identity-theft ring. Riches filed the two-page, handwritten lawsuit against Stewart, seeking $3.5 million in damages from Stewart for what he calls "emotional, mental, psychological distress." He says he will donate any damages he collects to television cook Rachael Ray.
