Cocoa Syrup
Recipe courtesy Alton Brown
Show: Good Eats
Episode: Art of Darkness II: Cocoa

1 1/2 cups water
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Dutch-processed cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons light corn syrupIn a small pot, bring water and sugar to a boil and whisk in cocoa, vanilla, salt, and corn syrup. Whisk until all of the solids have dissolved. Reduce sauce until slightly thickened. Strain and cool to room temperature. Pour into squeeze bottles. Squeeze into cold milk and stir for delicious chocolate milk or serve on your favorite ice cream. And, hey, it's fat free!

I've searched all over the net and couldn't find one that came close to the ingredients you have listed.

There was one that was very simple:

6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate (chips)
1/2 C. evaporated milk

In top of a double boiler melt chocolate over simmering water NOT BOILING.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Add 1/4 C. water if sauce is too thick.
Stir over water until sauce is blended and smooth.

This recipe is from CDKitchen site.

ah thanks forthe help!

Do you know fo a show on food network that dose "recipeless" meals, it stars some guy he focus on simple meal plans with easy to use directions sorry if I am no help I only saw the show once or twice, I really wish the corporate sites would get off the anti consumer/forum kick it could have been on HGTV...but I dont think so they have the DYI,HGtv and food network lumped together(channels next to each other) here LOL

the guy was medium built and had black hair white or slightly tan, since it was late at night it could have been some random filler show or what not.
