Post Cooking a turkey, with no gear

How I wish I knew this was a possibility way back in college!

This video demonstrates how to cook a turkey in the most basic of conditions.
Send this to your kids

Hi sabixatzil! I saw an article last week that gave a whole list of ways college kids can eat good with just a microwave.

Now with all the browning platters for these new micro waves and all the other gadgets that go with them, there is almost unlimited things you can cook in the college dorm room, where they still do not allow heating elements burner type appliances.

When I was in college I lived off of whatever was being sold in the nearby cafeteria. Most of the time it was good stuff.

I lived in a frat in college and we actually had a nice industrial grade stove, so I could cook my heart out.
