The month is drawing to a close and I almost forgot to post what I did with the food of the month. Made zucchini "crab" cakes. No crab in them, the grated zucchini takes the place of it. They make for a nice meatless meal.

Lots of zucchini still available at the farms. The chocolate zucchini bread I made was delicious!

Well I notice the consumption of the bread is finally slowing down. Time to start loading in freezer.
There is room for all God's creatures....right next to the mash potatoes.
