Question about leftover rice Anyone know how long refrigerated cooked white rice is good for-I have had it about a week and a half in the frig...seems iffy but it looks ok.

The USA rice federation says about 5 days for cooked rice...

I've gone a week also with some - had it put on the lowest shelf in the middle. Great for fried rice.
