My Favorite Latke Recipe I use a 3 - 2 - 1 proportion for my favorite latkes.
That's: 3 russet potatoes to 2 carrots to 1 onion ratio - all grated.
I add enough eggs and flour to get it to just start to come together, salt and pepper to taste and pan fry in vegetable oil.Clove
