| I think that most people make the mistake of eating "diet" foods when trying to lose weight. It doesn't take too long to figure out that these foods are expensive and usually suck. I have usually had more success losing weight by eating real food but being conscious of portion size. I would rather have a smaller amount of good ice cream than a larger serving of sugar free, fat free frozen dairy dessert, which is just some kind of chemical creation.
