I bet you’re like me. Every year, you resolve to lose weight, but you get sick of counting and measuring and being hungry and giving up your favorite foods and having to cook something else for your family and eating diet food, created by insane people who think that their mixture of edamame, Brussels sprouts, cranberries and TVP tastes JUST LIKE Crunch ‘n Munch/Chili-Cheese Fritos®/Goo-Goo Cluster ice cream, etc.
You know what I’m talking about.

YUM! I love shrimp prepared most everyway except in a lot of sauce. I like to taste the shrimp, not the sauce.

I think that most people make the mistake of eating "diet" foods when trying to lose weight. It doesn't take too long to figure out that these foods are expensive and usually suck. I have usually had more success losing weight by eating real food but being conscious of portion size. I would rather have a smaller amount of good ice cream than a larger serving of sugar free, fat free frozen dairy dessert, which is just some kind of chemical creation.
