Michael Symon smiles as city officials honor him in Cleveland last year. Symon won the Iron Chef award recently and is the chef and owner of Lola and Lolita restaurants, both in the Cleveland area.
One of the Food Network's Iron Chefs says he is ready to do the impossible.
The network on Monday announced that Ohio chef Michael Symon will take over as host of the Dinner: Impossible series, which challenges its chef to prepare meals under extreme conditions.

Since there have been 13 episodes in each season, I guess that means Chef Irvine already taped 3 for season 4. Those 3 I'll watch. I'm still irked over the Next Iron Chef competition!

Yeah I wanted Chef Besh to win. I can probably get over it eventually though if he does a good job.

I think it would have been great fun to see Chef Besh host dinner impossible.
Last nights episode was hilarious as well.
