    I've always like liked them... even as a kid. Would eat them with mushroom gravy.

    I like to cut them in half and sauteed them with a wee bit of diced bacon.

    I usually do them cut in half with olive oil and garlic and sweet peppers roasted in the oven on a flat sheet pan and the edges get crispy.
