I think Tony Bordain was a little over the top with the "Hell spawn from Kathy Lee" remark. While I personally prefer cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients, if you're a working mom, and you want to feed your family before midnight, you have to take some shortcuts. And that is precisely what the RR's and Aunt Sandy's bring to the party. Besides which, I distinctly remember watching Tony eat a pig's anus somewhere in Africa. That is so decidedly not good eats, not to mention tremendously unhealthy. Given a choice between the canned tomatoes and the pig's anus, having been a medical practioner once upon a time, I can assure you the canned tomatoes are going to win every time. There are some things that vaccinations just can't protect you from, and African pig anus is one of them.

Don't forget the massage he got from some sweaty guy twisting him into various positions. He says he got letters from prisoners after that one. So his show ideas are a little strange at times.

Suzie, I really did not need that mental picture. NOT PRETTY!!! I'm now going to need therapy.

I've watched Aunt Sandy's Money Saving Meal out of sheer curiosity (kinda like rubbernecking at an accident ) But doesn't she advocate using store brands on there?

Another great company that makes store brands is SuperValu. Their steak sauce is delicious and very reasonably priced compared to Heinz. Which I love, but it has gotten spendy!

Yes she does. I'm like you... I've watched it some out of sheer curiosity and it was on between two FN shows that I did want to watch.
