We went shopping for all our Thanksgiving food and we bought a few cans of gravy in case ours didn't turn out right (a backup plan) and I told Mom now she was like Sandra Lee.

I have used the powder. My husband likes the brown gravy in the little pouch.

Jar would be better I think. Although anymore I don't notice the taste of the can for canned things like I used to. A lot of different canned items come in a lined can that maintains a better taste.
