Clove is on a distinguished road
She's had quite a up again, down again life.
I give her credit for having persevered and getting to where she is now.
She's not much of a cook in my book, but I'd like to have a drink with her sometime.

BerryBaby is on a distinguished road
Many of us had struggles growing up. We had little to nothing. Our dad held down as many jobs as he could just to make ends meet. It wasn't easy. I didn't even know we were poor until I was in the 7th grade. Someone asked me why I always wore the same socks. I had two pairs of black socks that I would wash by hand and hang by the heat register.
I never gave it much thought.

After the comment, I asked my mother, "Are we poor?" And her answer will stick with me forever, "We are rich in love." She never, ever made us feel anything else.

So, we all have stories and struggles and yet, we survive and thrive.
