I just watched this. Aunt Sandy was so calm and subdued. And she was wearing a lavender sweater that didn't match anything else on the set. Those Today cooking segments are always ridiculous, never time to show any cooking. Lester Holt did seem to be amazed and a bit horrified about white sauce in a can. That was my reaction too the first time I saw her use it.
