Lee brings her practical and creative home and food tips to Charleston Town Center Marriott, with a speech and cooking demonstration at 3 p.m. She'll prepare smoked salmon-and-olive blini, mojo chicken halves, edamame salad and angel food cake with strawberries and mint.
