| I have developed a new appreciation for Sandra since we had someone register and post about how they were eating microwave TV dinners since a loved one who always cooked for them passed away. I know many people, especially those who work outside their home can't cook the way I do everyday, and some people are too overwhelmed to try and make something completely from scratch. If she helps people eat better for what they have time for, or what their cooking abilities are, that's a good thing IMO. It has to be better than eating frozen microwave meals. I know fresh from scratch is best for us preservative additives considered, but none of us have time for that every single day. There comes a time when all of us need to take a short cut for different reasons even if it's just once in a while, I have found some of her tips to be helpful.
