Several months ago Robert Irvine appeared on (blech!) Paula Deen's nightime show and he made Hasselback Potatoes. I was really jazzed to make them because they looked really yummy but was disappointed when they didn't post his recipe. Fortunately, I'd jotted down a brief description of how he made them and have them here somewhere in a pile of recipes. The difference in his version was that he floured his potatoes before he put them in the oven.
