You may know Ted Allen as the food and wine guru from the hit show “Queer Eye.” Or as the host of “Food Detectives” and “Chopped” on the Food Network. Or as a judge on “Top Chef” and “Iron Chef America.”
Here’s your chance to get to know him a whole lot better. As in up close and in person.
“Ted Allen Talks Taste” will be presented Nov. 14 at Glenmoor Country Club. The event features a gourmet dinner prepared by Glenmoor’s Chef Brendan Meeker using recipes from Allen’s cookbook, “The Food You Want To Eat: 100 Smart, Simple Recipes.”
