New Chopped 3/3

So this weeks new Chopped. It looks like 20 minutes for the appetizer round is the new rule and the show got a strong hint that its a bad change when one chef had four empty plates for the first round. No suprise, he loses.

Round two is good. No one fails which means the loser is chosen more as the poorest tasting, though it was a problem with time and the calamari being undercooked.

Round three, now we have the show screwing with the chefs again. Give them 30 minutes and between rounds the show steals all of the eggs but two. Why? The time limit and odd ingredients are bad enough. To make them think on their feet then pull the rug out from under by removing things from the pantry.

Lol, wow. On the dessert round one of the chefs verbally spars with Butter about her criticism and gets a nasty little smirk in return.

Have to say I disagree with the Judges on the final choice. He lost because he had the class to give her an egg. He would have killed her without her having that egg. Also they seemed to show bias. No one else ever on the show has made two dishes like she did in the entree portion and they talked about whether it was fair, yet when they called it close they decided to still favor her.

If I were to rate episodes this would get a 5/10.
