Great.. he says this season they're not gonna used boxed foods. Maybe the mac and cheese really caused furrowed brows with the judges and chefs. The article also says they get 20 minutes to make an app and 20 to make an entree. I thought it was 30 for the entree?

It seems the time allotment changed from 20 to 30 and now back to 20. They probably found it to be more challenging with 20 minutes.
