That storm hit up here as well. We have lots of homes with fences that look like that. Thought the roof was going to blow off!!!

---No kiddin' there! Anything and everything within 100 miles of the Golden Gate that wasn't tied down is now somewhere in the Sierra mountains.

My worst damage was a back fence loosened up by about a foot or so, swaying back and forth in the winds now, and a young fruit tree is standing at a 45 degree angle. And I'm a lucky one.

I think a lot of California blew right up I-5. If you're missing something, try the lost and found in Washington. I'm sure it flew right through Oregon. Unbelievable wind!! We had to mop up

all the water that blew into the garage. It went right under the garage doors. We were lucky as well.

Thanks!!! Well, the fence has been there for 18years, and my neighbor and I have agreed to replace it last year, but lost track of time----we chatted yesterday and it went something like "Yup, this year".....

And the tree is just a little ornamental thing, its young, and now propped up with some wires.

Lots of war stories on TV/radio that will be told for quite a while on this one.

If it's a little tree it might be okay. Just like people youth has it's advantages.

The big storm we had earlier this summer struck people much the same way here. It came so fast and was so strong in places I think its something will tell stories about for a long time. Glad everyone came through safe on your end.
