Brisket Burgers
Tyler is making burgers out of beef brisket on his show today. I had never thought of that. I could grind it myself. You can often get a brisket cheaper than a chuck roast. Might be a good money saver.

It looked like it would be tasty like a fillet without the $$$ price tag.
He topped it with onions like my kobe burger. Now I gotta try it.

I just print out the ones I see him make and put them in my book. That FN site is so convenient. I just love it!
