I recently remodeled my kitchen to include a gas range with a built in grill. I have a lot of features in my new kitchen that can help me make many things that are often store bought right here at home. My new warming drawer has a proofing feature for homemade bread and pizza. Pizza is one of my family’s favorites. I do seem to have trouble getting my family to try new things. I am a faithful follower of the food network, Emeril and Alton Brown being my favorites. I enjoy watching Emeril, but I really learn much more from Alton. I guess because his focus is more on what many of us prepare at home already, but you get many tips on how to do it better.
